About a month ago we featured Givers’ song Up Up Up from their first full length album In Light. Since then, the album’s been released, the group played their single on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, and now the Louisiana band has released their first music video for Up Up Up. The video starts with what looks like tilt shift footage of New York City, making people, cars and taxis look like toys in a miniature city. It then cuts to the group placed on top of an illustrated forest along with all their instruments, bopping and singing along. The video continues, cutting back and forth from these two segments for almost the whole song, with the band members eventually appearing on the New York streets. The two parts of the music video aren’t really cohesive, but all in all it’s a interesting video of the band having a good time and it goes well with the catchy, happy-go-lucky song. Check it out after the jump.
