When my Nike MAG shipment arrived, I took some iPhone photos of the unboxing process. Shortly thereafter, Joe Martinez asked me if he could take some portraits of the kicks. Without hesitation, I brought the whole Nike MAG package to one of my favorite portrait photographers. I was interested to see what kind of personality Joe would bring out in these photos. Our friends in Charleston, Alissa & Trey, run a production company called TBA Productions. They are currently filming a 3-D horror film that we’re backing with gear under the promise that our stuff will look awesome when splattered with blood! Here’s one of their leading ladies, Rachel Swindler, on set in our Dirty Octopi tee. More pics to come when we get them!
This little video just got me real excited about the new FIFA game. The free demo is out on Playstation Network already, but I’m just going to wait for the real thing. FIFA 12 drops on September 27th… Pre-order the game, then add me on PSN. My handle is: tentenlarry. Seeya on the pitch!
This past weekend, Jhes and I participated in the 1st Annual Swamp Thing Alleycat Race in Houma, LA. This was my first time participating in an alleycat, and I am happy to report, it won’t be the last! Big thanks go out to Stu Babin and all the hardcore kids in Terrebone Parish for putting on such a great event. Jeremy Toups took home first place, as well as an entry into the We Are the Process “Conquest” Bike Giveaway. There are just two more weeks to reserve a chance to win the custom Brooklyn Machine Works Gangsta designed by We Are the Process. Head on over to WeAreTheProcess.com and purchase an ENDURO shirt while you still can. The winner will be announced Saturday, October 1st.
We stopped by Scoutmob HQ again the other day to deliver some tees to our friends. Here’s Mike D. posing in his new We Are the Process tee and the GJT office award given to the top performer for the day.
Just over a year ago, Nike Basketball debuted the Nike Vault: the premium basketball destination in Los Angeles. Inspired by Kobe Bryant, the Nike Vault is located in the same building where he won five championships. To celebrate its One Year Anniversary, the Nike Vault is releasing a Special Pack featuring my favorite colorway of Zoom Kobe VI I’ve seen thus far, a AW-77 hoodie, and Safety Deposit Box.
The shoe features the Nike Vault signature colors of Black, Charcoal Gray, White, and Gold and includes significant numbers relevant to the Nike Vault in the first year.
This Saturday, September 17 at 12pm, Nike Vault will be releasing 24 Nike Vault One Year Anniversary Packs. They will be available at first come, first serve and priced at $424. Read the rest of this entry »
