Nike Lenox Transforms Brand’s First Pilot Basketball Store

March 22nd, 2013 by Larry

MCM-NikeLenox-135

The Nike Lenox store in Atlanta has transformed into the brand’s first pilot basketball store, offering the best in Nike and Jordan brand basketball products. Unlike your run-of-the-mill House of Hoops, Nike Lenox has the ability to drop coveted sneakers at any time. This “surprise & delight” approach to releasing kicks eliminates the lines and rowdiness we’ve seen appear in the news during drops from years past. New or old drops could happen at any time of day on any given day, putting a new spin on the phrase, “sneaker game”. To stay up to date with Nike Lenox, I highly recommend following @NikeLenox on Twitter.

Ruby Velle Pays Us A Visit

March 2nd, 2013 by Larry

Ruby Velle and the Soulphonics dropped in on our open studio hours today. They’re on the way to SXSW and wanted to feature a few Atlanta-based clothing brands and stylists during their performances this March.

They also brought a camera crew and conducted an impromptu interview with us so they could tell our story in webisode form sometime down the line. We’re honored to be outfitting the band this Spring, and we wish them luck on stage in Austin!

The Optimist’s Lobster Roll

February 12th, 2013 by Larry

One of my new favorite things to eat in Atlanta is the Lobster Roll at The Optimist. It is only available on their lunch menu, but that’s more convenient for me anyway since The Optimist’s dining room is constantly slammed for dinner after being named Esquire’s Restaurant of the Year for 2012.

I just found this image of Georgios from 2008, back when our studio was located in downtown ATL on Mitchell Street. It’s fun to pick out all the familiar buildings we know when watching the 1st season of Walking Dead.

Atlanta Hawks Player Intro [2012/13]

November 2nd, 2012 by Larry

Check out the new in-game player intro for the Atlanta Hawks. I love how it really downplays basketball and shows the players doing everyday things around our great city. I also applaud the decision to use Cee Lo Green’s Bright Lights Bigger City as the soundtrack for two reasons: Cee Lo is an Atlanta-based artist and the vibe of the song is a refreshing change of pace from the in-your-face songs that most associate with sports. Great job to the audio/video department at the Hawks!
