World Basketball Festival - Jay-Z at Radio City Music Hall

After the USA Basketball scrimmage, attendees of the World Basketball Festival Kickoff event at Radio City Music Hall were treated to a surprise musical performance from one of NY’s most notable performers, Jay-Z. I delighted to see that he brought his full band with him. Despite only playing for 25 minutes, the performance was well executed and well rehearsed.
Memphis Bleek came out to help Jay with songs such as 99 Problems.
The digitally-enhanced set was peppered with bold graphics such as this American flag.
Of course, Jay polished off the night with the predictable Empire State of Mind.
