Clipse have been one of my favorite hip-hop groups for a few years. I’ve seen them here in the ATL as well as in Austin. I could tell from their performances, they enjoy playing smaller venues for crowd interaction despite their massive popularity. When I found out they had a new single, I had to share it. Supposedly they’re working on an album that’s slated for a Fall/Winter 2008 release. Stay on it!

Brooklyn’s own, created this killer hour of beats exclusively for the Epidemik Coalition crew. Calling it“cake mix this style”, Quantuum 7thousand uses his sense of humor to give big-ups to his homeboys from Brooklyn to ATL. When he’s not cracking jokes, he’s making us want to “leave our 9 to 5’s on the shelf” and shotgun a few Blue Ribbons. Cuts include refrains from Yo Majesty, MJ, LCD Soundsystem, Biggie, and countless other club burners.
