I wanted to show everyone some of the cool people we met at Agenda this past week. First off is Dylan from Edmond. His line is really fun. Just the logo itself makes me feel like a kid again. Edmond is a collaborative effort put forth by Dylan and his buddy Tom DeLonge (Angels & Airwaves/Blink 182) where their main intent is to do something fun to give back to a lifestyle that brought them together years ago, skateboarding. Dylan also has the credit of being the original designer behind the brand Atticus. You probably have one of his old pieces in your closet! There are so many little details that I love about the Edmond line, especially the collectible and colorful vinyl dinosaur puzzle pieces that come in the hangtags of each garment. Larry and Jorge just sent me some of the latest photos from San Diego. Agenda starts tomorrow so they are busy preparing everything for the big day. If you plan to be at the trade show this week, stop by booth E5 and say hello to them.

We just finished packing and preparing everything for Agenda and we’re leaving for San Diego in just a few hours. Here’s a sneak peek at the tee we’ll be giving away to commemorate the first official appearance of our line. If you want one, you better come by the PROCESS booth and say hello. The show starts Thursday morning.
We’re proud to show you some of our caps that we’re offering to buyers at Agenda (taking place this week). We have two colorways of fitted caps that we’ve created in conjunction with our friends at Estate LA (America’s favorite handmade caps, made right in the heart of Los Angeles). We’re also offering a trucker hat in three colorways. The decision to create a trucker hat was a no-brainer. Georgia summers are unforgiving when you’re outside poppin’ wheelies… you need breathable mesh and a spongy sweatband in your cap.
Pick up a copy of the new Vapors Magazine this month and you’ll find PROCESS among other top brands in the Hype Circle section on page 115 and you’ll notice Rob Wonder rocking our Dirty Bird tee in the Hello My Name Is section on page 44. This is a milestone issue for Atlanta because you’ll find a spotlight on Decatur Dan, and articles on DJ Drama and Greg Street.

Last week we started sending out samples of the PROCESS Collection, enhanced CDs with digital lookbooks and Mixtape One by Prince Presto, and physical lookbooks to boutiques and other key people that are helping to promote the line as we approach our first tradeshow and first season on store shelves. It’s on! The PROCESS Season One photo shoot at El Bar had such a good turnout, that we’re going to ask our friends to blow it out again with a One Night Only release of the PROCESS Tomahawk tee in a colorway inspired by the Mexican flag. The tees will be for sale on a first-come, first-served basis at a serious “homeboy discount”. We’ll be taking happy snaps for our website as well. If that’s not enough reason to show up, the fact that Rob Wonder will be in the house should have you writing “EL BARZZZ SHAWTY” on your calendars for Thursday, August 14th. We decided that the PROCESS campaign needed a new sound that would both represent our scene and push the boundaries of the typical “Atlanta Sound”. We enlisted the help of one of Atlanta’s most infamous DJs, Prince Presto, to take care of the dirty work. After showing him the line, and what we were about, he grinded-out a mixtape that fit our aesthetic and attitude.

We just got back from our press check of the PROCESS line in Athens. Ross Martin borrowed Jorge’s video camera without asking so he could document our day. I have a feeling this is the first of many video blogs from Ross, as long as Jorge doesn’t mind.
