I stopped by Scoutmob headquarters the other day to hand deliver some We Are the Process orders to the fine folk working there, including the illustrious Barry Greene (pictured above). We couldn’t be more appreciative of the support they show our brand. They’re all fans! As a token of their appreciation for my visit, they gave me one of their new tees. Check it out after the jump!

Today we received Stranger Day‘s beautifully-crafted press kit in the mail. As if hard copies of his Bar Stool Bounce EP weren’t cool enough, we received an assortment of stickers (not pictured), and a huge mason jar full of Stranger Day branded MOONSHINE! I took a swig straight out of the jar and I breathed hot lava for the next hour! We’re going to drop some peaches in this jar and keep it in our studio. We’ll belligerently force you to do shots of Stranger Day “Peach State” Moonshine with us if you visit! Fair warning!

I love coming into The Treehouse and being greeting by new mail from buddies all over the world. Today, we opened a package from Chris who runs the humble blog Life After Midnight and works as a design intern for NYC brand, 3Sixteen that I’ve become a huge fan of.

We’ve been tasked to customize this pair of Vans Chukkas for a charity show taking place in Canada next year. Other participating artists include SoleFood NYC, Blaine Fontana, and Mark Dean Veca. They will be auctioned off with all profits going to the Winnipeg Children’s Hospital. How cool is that!?!

Yesterday, a special package came in the mail from Quintin, a new hat company owned by some of our friends on the west coast. What sets them apart from the norm is that they specialize in fitted 5 panel caps, thus eliminating the need for a pesky adjustable strap and delivering some class to the 5 panel category. Their first wave of releases will take place on May 2nd, kicking off a summer of weekly releases bearing collaborations with many heavy-hitting design teams (the line sheet looks amazing). We’re honored to be included in this succession of releases and are currently tweaking the final details on the first PROCESS x Quintin collaboration set for later this summer.

Recently, our buddy Aaron with The Joneses let us delve into his back stock of items from seasons past. We’re stoked on finally scoring the gear we previously missed out on. I’ve been chatting with Aaron a lot lately about his line, our line, his plans for the future, and his Spring/Summer releases which will be debuting in Charlotte on April 17th at Niche.

We’ve also been slowly discussing a The Joneses x PROCESS collaboration… more details to come once we decide what we want to do!

European-based clothing designer and friend of EC, Megan Huntz, stopped by the studio friday for some help with updates to her website. We incorporated some beautiful shots of girls wearing Megan’s handmade dresses taken by EC’s Jorge Menes in Barcelona, Spain this past summer. Megan just wrapped-up with a special holiday clothing sale at Atlanta’s Center for Design Study and is prepping for continued work on her dress line in 2009. Her items are carried in multiple boutiques in Italy and Spain, check her website for more information and store names. Being in the holiday spirit, Megan left sporting an I Bike ATL shirt courtesy of yours truly.

While she was here, I asked Megan if she had any ideas for a conceptual sweatshirt for me. Something I could ride a bike in. I have some ideas and am ready to create. Now just to find someone with a sewing machine state-side…

Our buddy Serious Ron™ personally dropped off some Holiday packages this afternoon. He laced us up with some of his new Grrrrowling Panda tees. They’re hilarious. Thanks Ron!
