We recently took on a small identity/merch project for NY-based singer/songwriter Will McCranie. This afternoon, we received proofs of a simple one-color graphic tee design based on an illustration by Georgios. It’s nice to get back to our roots every once in awhile and have some fun with limited-run pieces that have heart and soul.
We got together with ThoughtMarker art blog to create a graphic tee that represents Atlanta to the fullest. We chose ATL-based artists, businesses, streetwear labels, galleries, and individuals that we mutually love working with to be represented on this tee. We’ll be giving them away for FREE at El Bar, Atlanta on Thursday, October 16th around 11:30pm. All you have to do is show up and say “Dirty Bird” to score your very own PROCESS x ThoughtMarker tee.
Thanks to King Screen for helping with this project’s production.
Thanks to Zach Wolfe for emailing this photo over.
I “like it a lot” that Bubba Sparxxx is a fan of PROCESS. It is inspiring to know that our graphics have resonated with some of the Dirty South’s best. Here’s a small taste of what’s to come on Bubba’s new album, The Impolite Gentleman, coming out in early 2009.
This weekend, the Viva Studio crew came by our new studio for another screen-printing party. All kinds of materials came out of the woodwork as we were asked to print on blank tees, bags, and even a blazer. Check out the photoset by Josh Tuminella after the jump. Read the rest of this entry »

It’s on! The PROCESS Season One photo shoot at El Bar had such a good turnout, that we’re going to ask our friends to blow it out again with a One Night Only release of the PROCESS Tomahawk tee in a colorway inspired by the Mexican flag. The tees will be for sale on a first-come, first-served basis at a serious “homeboy discount”. We’ll be taking happy snaps for our website as well. If that’s not enough reason to show up, the fact that Rob Wonder will be in the house should have you writing “EL BARZZZ SHAWTY” on your calendars for Thursday, August 14th. More details on coming soon.
Remember that photoshoot we had last night at El Bar? Head over to wearetheprocess.com for more details on that tip. If you’re super-curious and want the password to the lookbook, email
We just got back from our press check of the PROCESS line in Athens. Ross Martin borrowed Jorge’s video camera without asking so he could document our day. I have a feeling this is the first of many video blogs from Ross, as long as Jorge doesn’t mind.
Don’t forget to come out to the PROCESS Photoshoot/Launch Party at El Bar this Wednesday night (June 18th).

I know there are a lot of ladies that have been telling us we don’t make enough stuff for women. Well now you have nothing to complain about because we decided to release the first tee of our new line, PROCESS, exclusively for the ladies. This tee was created in collaboration with everybody’s girl, Megan Huntz which will be available at the next Megan Huntz Dresses showcase at Changing Room in Barcelona on Saturday June 14th.
Changing Room is held for one day only at the chic and basic hotel located in the historic center of Barcelona. 29 designers take over a room each and open to the public for a shopping extravaganza of the coolest, most cutting edge young designers in Barcelona. If you’re not able to attend the event in Barcelona you’re in luck…we’ve kept some tees stateside that you can pick up in our online store.
This tee is the first in a 2 part series. Part 2 will be available with the rest of the PROCESS line in the Spring of 2009 at your favorite boutiques nationwide. Until then, you’ll have to hope you’re lucky enough to score a PROCESS tee prototype directly from us or be invited to our private lookbook photoshoot later next month. We don’t have all the details set in stone for the lookbook photoshoot/party, but we’re pretty close. If you want to come, let us know immediately by emailing .
We worked with Hano Leathers of Attica Style & Rehab on this concept for one of Florida’s best homegrown skate shops, Blacktop Skate Shop in Winter Park, Florida.
This past weekend, Belgium-based fashion illustrator, Jarno Kettunen, came by our studio to borrow spraypaint for his gig at the MA Design & Fashion Show and snagged my copy of this tee and proceeded to rock it all weekend. Jarno, you owe me one, so drop in on Black Top Skate Shop and pay it forward, bro.
We collaborated with Modern Atlanta’s forefather/design connousieur/big picture man, Bernard McCoy, on this run of limited edition tees for MA08’s “Design is Human” event taking place tonight [5.9.08]. The above photo shows back collar graphic location and hand-numbered detailing.
We’ve been getting designs ready to meet our mid-summer deadline for our new line called, Process, due to roll-out in the Spring of 2009. We’ve got a teaser image online now at www.processclothing.com. If you’d like to see more, stop by our studio in Atlanta anytime and we’ll show what we’ve been cooking up.
What you see above is a production shot from a recent photo shoot for a Megan Huntz Dresses x Process collaboration. Thanks to Ross Martin for running an awesome shoot and to Iris for the looks.

The past 2 months have been exhausting, yet very rewarding for EC. Starting a design company ain’t easy. It’s even harder to run a hybrid design company/clothing line like we do. I’ve been to Las Vegas, Destin, Detroit, Tokyo, Beijing, Shanghai, and Hong Kong on business (and a little bit of personal time) all within a matter of weeks. It’s like I’ve hardly spent any time in Atlanta working on the new clothing line. That’s right, I said “NEW CLOTHING LINE”! We’re launching a new line in the Spring of 2009 that’s top secret for now…well, not totally top secret. If you come by our studio in Atlanta we’ll be glad to show you what we’re working on.
We’re totally planning to be carried nationwide and perhaps internationally. While I’ve been in Asia sourcing, Georgios has been hard at work on mood boards, color palates, and graphics for the new line at The Center for Design Study in Atlanta. I’m looking forward to getting back into the thick of things next week. Until then I wanted to share some recent Epidemik Coalition & Demuns by Epidemik Coalition related photos from all over the globe proving that the movement has begun! Read the rest of this entry »
Here’s a link to a few of the photos we took of the Rehab/Demun Jones show in Destin, FL on the 16th. This show was the first time Demuns by Epidemik Coalition tees were for sale in the public eye. As you can see, Demun Jones was looking mighty crispy in his heather grey Demuns logo tee. Pick up yours at Demuns.com.
“American Excess” graphic tee available now at demuns.com
Demuns by Epidemik Coalition is the official name of our newest collaboration with Georgia’s own, Demun Jones. We’re the design team and we’re using Demun’s life experiences and stories as inspirations for a new line of tees and other softgoods (coming soon). His humility and openness to share his highs and lows has allowed us to design without censorship which has been a creative playground for us.
Series 1 of these limited edition graphic tees are available for purchase online at Demuns.com or in person at every Demun Jones show starting with the upcoming Destin, Florida date at Woody’s on March 16th.
Check Demuns.com often, as well will be constantly updating the site with new styles. See you on tour!
Check out the EC Online Store for big savings on Epidemik Coalition tees, hoodies & more. This is your last chance to pick up some pieces that we won’t ever make again. Everything is 40% off or more except custom Angelica tees. To sweeten the deal, we’ll throw in some concept tees that no one has ever seen before (until supplies run out), one-off prints, our new stickers, and other EC goodies. Do your thing.
Don’t forget, you can pay with a credit card through Paypal, even if you don’t have a Paypal account.
We’re teaming up with Georgia-born rock star Demun Jones to release a new line of tees and lifestyle products called Demuns by Epidemik Coalition. This collaboration was born over numerous hours of attending Demun’s shows and meeting over sushi dinners between recording sessions. Look out for our first release in the next few weeks at Demun Jones concerts and in our respective online stores.
We’re the design team, and Demun’s life experiences are our inspiration. Visit the Demuns by Epidemik Coalition teaser site at Demuns.com & get your mother ready…
The Anglerfish is a rare fish that can be found in the deepest parts the ocean and even here in Atlanta’s Peachtree Creek. Imagine being in the deepest and coldest part of the Atlantic ocean and running into the Anglerfish. This sea monster of the abyss enjoys using a glowing lure to draw-in prey. It’s tough being a small fish in a large pond, unless you are an Anglerfish.
This unique fish inspired us to produce a vicious graphic tee. The tee captures the moment before the angler strikes. Just like EC’s growth in the past 2 years; the time is almost right for us to make our big move.
We took Georgios’ modern interpretation of Atlanta’s iconic “A” and kicked it to the side and look what happened… We’re offering this print on a 100% cotton, American Apparel tee that is crisp, soft, and lightweight. I’ll have to get my Military Air Jordan IV’s out of the ice box to rock with this tee all Spring/Summer. Order yours in the Epidemik Coalition Online Store and start breaking necks!
In other news, we’re looking for reps in your city. If you consider yourself a trend-setter and you want to stay covered in EC gear for next to nothing except for a little legwork, email us at with a story or reason why we should be your sugar daddies.
Reps responsibilities are:
1. Getting crunk (reppin’ ATL) in an endless supply of EC gear
2. Hand delivering promotional items to boutique owners and buyers
We’re looking forward to hearing from you. Do your thing.
