The new USA home kits are SO CLEAN! To me they look like a ghosted-out version of the blue/white away kits they revealed in February. They’re a throwback to a kit the USA team wore in 1950 when they beat England 1-0. Coincidentally, they are playing England again in their first World Cup match on June 12th!
Dosa sent me this awesome portrait he created of local talent, Michi Meko and what I’m assuming is a self-portrait of himself. He has an amazing illustration style and I’m always stoked to see him reppin’ our brand, Process, in his work. Check out the full image after the jump. Read the rest of this entry »
We just wrapped the design and development of this website for our good friends Matt and Lauren Milling; owners of a vintage vessel that sails in Hilton Head called Schooner Welcome. Matt and Lauren wanted their new website to provide an engulfing example of what one might see if upon setting sail in their unique schooner. We reinvented their previous 4-page website into more than just a ticket selling portal. Of course, selling tickets is still a primary focus of their new website, but everyone is in agreement that Joe Martinez‘ photography does an amazing job selling the high-seas adventures awaiting you! If you missed out on the first Heavy party at Graveyard Tavern this pass weekend, don’t sweat, they’ll be back next month. Until then, here’s the Heavy Mix by Megan Foxxx to fulfill your booty shakin’ urges for now. Stay tuned for more… we have something in the works.
The Dirty Doctor Dax and Rob Wonder recently went to Miami for Winter Music Conference, and it looks like they held it down with video camera in hand the entire time. I definitely can’t hang with these dudes. They have waaaay too much fun, but it’s awesome to see them doing big things. Great job editing that footage too!
I’ve been jamming on this track a lot lately. It’s off of LCD Soundsystem‘s upcoming album, This is Happening, dropping on May 17th. As always with LCD Soundsystem, this track is longer than the typical 3:30 pop song, but it rewards you for paying attention. I love how everything drops-in and sounds so full of sound at 3:10. Enjoy!
The boys over at XTM Online have done a bang-up job detailing a day in the life of our good friend, Farshad Arshid. Farshad is the owner of one of Atlanta’s most popular independent boutique stores, Standard, where he carries our house brand, Process.
I really think the Hawks should hire EC to do some of their guerilla-marketing and merchandising! We’re some crazy/creative mofos… We managed to be shown on the in-game jumbotron 4 times and were all over ESPN.com and AJC.com among lots of other fan blogs. We’re starting a culture of all-new Hawks fans. Check out how we held it down (with the Esperanza crew) at Game 1 of the Hawks vs. Bucks series Read the rest of this entry »
It’s awesome to see the Hawks’ constant improvement from year to year. They’ll be entering the playoffs as the #3 seed in the East starting this Saturday.
Check out Joe Martinez’ tumblr for some great Philips Arena photos he took recently. I’ve got my computer desktop in playoff mode!
