After countless hours of preparation, we’re proud to release the We Are the Process Spring 2012 collection and lookbook photographed by Jason Travis. The collection includes a group of new Nokahoma snapbacks, tees, a letterman jacket, and a pairing of raglans that should help you get back into the swing of warm weather.

Fire Island is a little doodle I have been working on recently. I’ve been meaning to get back to my weekly illustration. Now with SXSW and Style X behind us, we have a little more time on our hands. More to come soon.

On Saturday, I participated in a panel called “What’s Up With Urban Fashion & Streetwear?” at SXSW’s StyleX event along with Marcus Troy, Matt Halfhill, & KJ Kearney. I thoroughly enjoyed the 2 hours we had to chop it up and answer industry questions from the audience. We discussed how crucial it is to have a real story for your brand or product. Without that, you’re just another brand creating visual noise.

The Nike Free Run iD (green/green) will be dropped exclusively at the VEVO / NikeFuel Station at SXSW tomorrow. It’s an exclusive drop celebrating the festivities in town happening around SXSW as well as the colorway making nods to St. Patrick’s Day. I’ll be waking up early to cop this pair. If anyone else is going to be at 4th & Colorado, bring some breakfast tacos and we’ll party.

We made it to Austin and threw our booth up at the Style X event this morning. If you’re at SXSW, come see us at Austin Convention Center!

This season, the official headwear of the NFL will finally be provided by New Era. As a cap wearer, this is an announcement I’ve been waiting my whole life for. Finally, I’ll be able to rock caps of my favorite football teams and they’ll fit like they’re supposed to!

This new partnership launches with the Draft Collection. Draft Collection speaks to the city and is a symbol of the moment a player and city become one. The famed 59FIFTY (fitted cap, center) will be worn by players on Draft Day. Agents, family and friends will wear 9FIFTY snapbacks (left) and 39THIRTY stretch fit caps (right).

All product is available for purchase at midnight on April 1 at New Era Flagship stores only. The Draft Collection will be available at all participating retailers and Neweracap.com on April 2.

As if being a sneakerhead ever had a time to take a break! During our brand’s trip to StyleX at SXSW this week, I’m hoping to have time to visit the VEVO / NikeFuel Station at the corner of 4th & Colorado where they will be releasing a limited edition Free 3.0 sneaker to celebrate the Nike+ FuelBand. George Kiel III of Nice Kicks in Austin, TX has recently started narrating Kicks on Court videos, highlighting some of the best on-court sneaker action in the NBA.
